1) PRODUCTION CAPACITY

Our monthly production capacity per shift is 850 tons / month for medium size structural steel, various equipment and plate works.

This capacity can be increased by subcontracting under control of our production and quality control teams.

Main production processes performed in our workshops and subcontractors which are under the control of BİRİKİM are as follows:

Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) and Procedure Qualification Record (PQR) are performed in accordance with Customer specifications, and EN or AWS standards. For these documents, cooperation is made with the universities, accredited institutions, consultancy companies providing quality service and non-destructive inspection institutions.

Cutting, machining partly, heat treatment, some NDTs, blasting & painting, coatings can be subcontracted under BİRİKİM’s control according to the requirements of the jobs and capacities of the workshops and the capacity of the machines.
